As I am approaching the end of my Paediatrics posting and recalled back the 4 months that I am in this posting, I think really enjoyed this posting. All the workload is high and stressful but I really enjoyed the posting. The reasons are:
1. Good and approachable consultants, specialists, medical officers and colleagues
2. I received respect for the decision I made in the management of the patient
3. I also received compliments in the work I do...
4. I think I learned the most among all the postings that I went through (Probably in children and infants need to be more careful in the diagnosis and management thus I asked more and learned more...)
I also saw and attended various cases that I never aspect to see in children. I am very happy I was given this chance of exposure. I will really appreciate it...
I will be going to Emergency & Trauma Department soon...I hope I will enjoy the posting too...
